Heyo peeps!! Today’s Music Monday is going to be a bit different, I’m going to be sharing a song that’s attached to a memory. I was inspired by the “more than a memory” prompt from the Me and Music tag and decided I’m going to kind of do that for every other Music Monday until I run out of memories lol.

Today’s song is *drumroll* Leave It All to Shine…which I mean you should know by reading the title but the drumroll was fun to type lol.
I know there’s been a lot of problems behind both of these shows, but who didn’t watch one or the other at some point in their life? I didn’t even have cable as a child (or now) and I some how watched a few episodes of each show. Also the reboot of iCarly, I haven’t been able to watch it, but I know people were excited.
The specific memory I have attached to this song occurred sometime during the summer when I was still in elementary school. My cousins and I were at my grandma’s house and I convinced them to perform this song with me. We grabbed hairbrushes for our microphones, spent a good amount of time learning the lyrics by heart, and then adding a choreography. It was a lot of fun! I remember trying really hard to convince them to do it with me, but I only ended up dragging one of them to do it, my other cousin just held the camera and controlled the music. At the end of the day we had a recording of us and performed it live for our grandma and parents. I wonder if they still remember that lol.
